Inspired by the intricate and ancient wisdom nature offers, all recipes utilize real food ingredients and are created with intuitive consciousness.

Michelle is the founder, creator and photographer behind Nourish Me wild. She is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, graduating with honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. Driven by her passion for working with the natural elements and subtle energies, she has also obtained certification in Elemental and Hatha Yoga, Reiki and Chakra Balancing.
From a young age, Michelle held a strong passion for photography and a natural curiosity for nutrition. She never ventured without her camera in tow, and never failed to question where the food on her plate came from; it's no wonder creating Nourish Me Wild became her calling!
Although Michelle has found her calling through her passions, it wasn't an easy path to realize. She entered adulthood in a toxic and emotionally abusive relationship, leaving her with a plethora of health issues from being under intense stress for four years (not to mention the thoughts and emotions involved with feeling worthless). Feeling deeply unfulfilled, Michelle finally gathered the strength to walk away and began following her heart. She jumped from job to job, trying to find a place in this world where she felt like she fit. However, she didn't realize she was on a blazing path of self-discovery and creation. After feeling failed when seeking answers from the regular healthcare system, Michelle began to take the route of natural medicine. Using a combination of guidance from a Naturopathic Doctor and a Nutritionist, along with her intuition, Michelle began not only her own healing journey but also the journey that inspired her to share her healthy recipe creations as well as to advocate for natural, conscious living and the healing power of real food.
Michelle takes a gentle approach to nutrition, informing those who are ready to make lasting changes to their health, wellbeing and lifestyle—beautifully expressing knowledge, wisdom, inspiration and motivation through stunning visuals and captivating articulation.
